HERE'S WHO WE ARE

Erin & Matt. An educator, a creator, and one mini goldendoodle.

We fell in love at summer camp, raised three kids between the Colorado Rockies and a surf town in Costa Rica, and built Five Parks Yoga, free classes now practiced by 350,000+ students worldwide. We haven't taken a paycheck from "the man" in thirty years.

Ben, Jacob, and Abby have launched into lives of their own now (Ben's married to Tricia these days), but they grew up inside every chapter of this story, and they still wander into episodes whenever the road passes close.
